AFSA reserves the right to refuse admission if payment is not received.

The number of applicants is limited, and acceptance will be offered to suitable candidates on a first-come, first-served basis.

The in-person course fee includes lunches, refreshments, and parking, but excludes the printed course material, accommodation and travel costs.

All training material is protected by copyright and may not be reproduced or distributed.

In the case of insufficient applications, AFSA reserves the right to cancel the course or a module. In this event, applicants will be informed, and all fees will be refunded immediately.

Unforeseen circumstances may necessitate the appointment of presenters other than those advertised.

The course is presented in English.

A written examination and/or a project (per module) must be completed.

Students working in groups must submit their own assignments.

No marks will be allocated to assignments that show evidence of plagiarism.

The course will take place at AFSA, 1st Floor Grindrod Tower, 8A Protea Place, Sandown or AFSA, Groenkloof Chambers, 205 Florence Ribiero Ave, Groenkloof Ext 11.

Cancellations are accepted up to 1 month prior to the commencement of the course or module but are subject to a 10% administration fee. No refunds or cancellations will be allowed if the cancellation is made less than two weeks prior to the course commencement date.

Candidates are required to be in attendance for the full programme. Candidates failing to do so may not be certified.
