Susan is a partner at EY and Quality leader for EY's Forensics practice across Europe, the Middle East, India and Africa. She is a chartered accountant with over 26 years experience providing forensic investigation and expert witness services. Susan has led various expert witness engagements in respect of disputes dealing with financial issues and measurement of damages. She has also led several expert determination engagements. Her experience includes fact finding, analyses and damages quantification in disputes relating to financial transactions, performance thresholds, breach of contract claims and quantification of losses as a result of business interruption and fraud. She has also supported insolvency enquiries, including investigating preferential treatment of creditors. Her investigation experience includes leading multi-disciplinary teams, and matters that require the analysis of large volumes of financial documents and data, including transactional analysis and the reconciliation of various data sources. Susan has provided testimony in criminal and civil proceedings.
