Programme Overview

The Advanced Programme in Alternative Dispute Resolution offers you an opportunity to develop or enhance your skills in South Africa’s rapidly expanding fields of arbitration and mediation.

The programme consists of two compulsory and one elective module:

This unique programme is a joint venture between the University of Pretoria and AFSA, presented by South Africa’s leading practitioners.

This Advanced Programme in Alternative Dispute Resolution reflects all current advances in the field and is the most authoritative and up-to-date dispute resolution programme offered in South Africa.

Assessment

A written examination and/or project is to be completed.

To accommodate attendees, these modules are presented over a few days at a time between May and November.
