On 22 May 2025, Young AFSA hosted a webinar titled “Drafting Arbitration Agreements,” dedicated to the art of writing robust arbitration clauses. The webinar explored how well-crafted arbitration clauses influence dispute outcomes and drew on both universal drafting principles and regional insights across Africa.
