Prof. Lise Bosman concluded by outlining her priorities for the Court’s mandate and the continued development of the role of the AFSA’s International Court.
Strengthening AFSA’s International Role
The events marked an important moment in AFSA’s institutional chapter, reinforcing the central role of the AFSA International Court as a supervisory body for international case management within the AFSA structure, and in contributing to the development of international arbitration in Southern Africa. The strong international participation and engagement throughout the day reflect AFSA’s continued commitment to excellence, institutional growth, and the promotion of arbitration as a reliable and effective mechanism for resolving cross-border disputes.
